Today, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Nahjee Grant, the driving force behind Love Thy Neighbor. His understanding of the significance of our story and his dedication to bringing it to life has been instrumental in the creation of Love Thy Neighbor.
Nahjee has been a children's author for a decade, publishing a total of 20 books. He embarked on his journey as an author in 2009, driven by the need for more people of color to tell stories that not only represent their own background and culture but also appeal to other groups through universal messages.
However, Nahjee's impact extends far beyond his books. He is most known for his extensive community work with his nonprofit, World Was Made For You, Inc. Over the past 10 years, the organization has donated over 300,000 books and 50,000 school supplies, making a significant difference in countless lives.
Nahjee humbly notes that nothing sets him apart from others. He shares with audiences during his presentations that anyone can do what he does, with purpose, passion, and intention. This humility, coupled with his dedication to making a difference, is truly inspiring.
